Our mission is to find paid employment for all interns; however, if that is not possible, we have created an "On going plan" to give our graduates another chance to find a job.

The "Ongoing plan" contains 2 different programmes offered by the Department of Work and Pensions. Our graduates will be redirected depending on their skills and needs.

• Intensive Personalised Employment Support 
• Work and Health Programme & JETS programme 

In order to deliver these programmes, we have a partnership with the Shaw Trust that will be able to provide the necessary support and resources to allow graduates to complete any of the programmes successfully. Find more about the Shaw Trust.
